Topic: Being Back
Sleeping 20 out of 48 hours is sometimes a very good thing.
I've been working quite a bit lately. The only news story that has gripped my attention has been the hurricane. Speaking of the wrath of God, that was the worst hurricane I've seen in my life and I've seen a bunch of hurricanes, many up close and personal.
Couple of quick pointers:
1. Thank you prophets of doom in the media who were quick to blame Katrina on global warming. If you wouldn't mind providing the evidence, I'd be fascinated to see how you all arrived at that conclusion. The calculus must be fascinating.
2. Philly don't get no hurricanes. Yet another - of the many wonderful reasons - perfect reason to live here.
